Recently relocating to the area, I decided to visit this Dunkin' on my birthday. I used the drive-thru and attempted to redeem my birthday rewards, but the employee at the window informed me that it didn't go through. I went inside and encountered the same issue. Eventually, I decided to pay for my order. After paying, I was told that my reward had appeared, but I couldn't use it because I had already paid. I was informed that it would be available for my next visit. It was frustrating that it took so long to receive my drinks and food due to the confusion over the rewards.
This restaurant is absolutely awful. It's a coffee place that can't even make a decent latte. The coffee tastes like watery milk with no coffee flavor. The food is burnt on the outside and frozen on the inside. It doesn't matter when you visit, the quality is always the same. Don't bother wasting your money here. It's disappointing to see that all of their locations seem to be the same.
This DD is fairly new and a bit offset from the road. They have a drive-thru, which always makes it worth it when in a hurry...especially when you use their mobile app! Been here several times; as with most DD their order-taking was quick, and their drive-thru customer service was friendly and great. Next time, I'll make it a point to go inside and take some photos.
A little disappointed in this one... I asked for cold brew they just gave me a regular coffee with ice in it to cool it down so it just tasted like watered down coffee. They also charged me 99 cents because I asked for no ice, which I haven't seen at any other Dunkin's. On the bright side, they're one of the few that still carry the everything bagel bites.
