Unfortunately, my experience the following day was even worse. The man started yelling at me, accusing me of being a thief and threatening to call the police. I calmly explained that I had my receipt and suggested he verify with the employee from the night before. I mean, why would I want to steal a $6 coffee when I frequent this place every day? His rudeness was shocking. I mentioned that if the staff had informed me they couldn’t assist me, I wouldn’t have bothered coming in and would have simply contacted corporate directly. The food was disappointing, earning a low rating of 1 out of 5. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. However, the service was decent, scoring a 3 out of 5; the staff was polite and handled my order in a timely manner. The atmosphere of the restaurant also received a 3 out of 5 — it had a decent vibe, though I didn't spend much time there. Overall, I was left wanting more from the food, despite the satisfactory service and environment.
It's amusing that I'm not a fan of Dunkin' coffee, yet I really enjoy many of their other treats. I absolutely adore their hot chocolate! I usually stop by for veggie egg bites or Wake-up wraps. While I love their donuts, I try to be mindful of my figure, so I resist the temptation! My kids enjoy those items as well, plus the blueberry Coolata. On this visit, I was after the veggie bites for myself and a coffee for my partner.
This branch never has items available. Every day of almost 1/4 of the available articles do not post or set signs of inventory questions. And you can almost never get a frozen coffee. Pretty if you get a hot coffee. No flavors. No creamers just a simple black coffee. Bad service. Donuts. Take the time to drive to the other branches Réservez une table maintenant
The interior of the restaurant is nice and clean, and they consistently provide prompt and courteous service. I ordered takeout for breakfast, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food rated a 2, and the service also received a 2. The atmosphere was decent, rating a 3. I recommend trying their bagels and donuts.
