Dunkin' Donuts is decent, but I've encountered some issues with ordering through the mobile app. It seems that the staff in the store are overwhelmed with drive-thru customers and those ordering at the counter, which causes them to overlook mobile app orders. Additionally, I've noticed that the app doesn't have the same product selection as what's available in-store. Unfortunately, this confusion creates a frustrating experience for both the employees and customers. Save yourself the hassle and skip the mobile app; it's better to order in person at the store or through the drive-thru the traditional way.
I have been a customer since this restaurant opened. However, I've noticed that the staff is not very attentive to customers. I ordered ham and cheese roll-ups along with a large hot black coffee. When I picked up the coffee, it was larger than I requested, so she took it back and gave me the correct size. When I got outside, I realized they had added cream and sugar to my coffee, which was not what I wanted. This has happened before—this is the sixth time it's occurred. I've had enough. My visit was at Store #352043 on 2/24/2021 around 6:16 AM at Register #5, Transaction Sequence Number: 1882940.
Once again, I typically don't pay attention to chain restaurants unless they offer an exceptional experience. This location stands out consistently. It's the only Dunkin' Donuts that truly gets it right. Napkins, utensils, and ketchup are always included in the bag. The coffee is on point, and the food and hashbrowns are cooked perfectly. The staff, especially Katherine and Elyse, are outstanding. Whenever I encountered an issue, the manager Deven resolved it quickly. Plus, the service is fast, making it easy to get in and out.
I am a regular customer, and today they went above and beyond. Great service and a hot pumpkin muffin out of the oven. The team member that made my coffee was super friendly. I came in just for coffee but I ended up buying 4 muffins because they had justcome out and the offer for oven fresh pumpkin muffins was to tempting! Been to many Dunkin but you guys are really a great one!My favorite local Dunkin! Thanks for being awesome Réservez une table maintenant
I'm a diabetic I asked for sugar free vanilla flavoring, the girl at the window tried to give me a my drink with caramel swirled around the cup. I said no that's not mine I can't drink that I'm diabetic she says you won't taste the caramel and that's howthey always make it. No they do not , i get them often when I told her I'm diabetic I can't have all that sugar she got upsetbecause she had to remake it.
I love the vegan options they have now! The coffee was perfect as always! Same for the hashbrowns. The gal who took my order nailed it. The person who fixed my Beyond sausage sandwich did not. When I opened it the sandwich had cheese and egg, even though the receipt was perfectly clear in stating no cheese, no egg. On the positive side, they made it right promptly when I brought it to their attention.
