I used to be a fan of Dunkin', but my recent experiences at this particular location have left me disappointed. During my last two visits, the same worker failed to properly secure the lid on my coffee, causing it to spill in my car. When I asked for napkins, the worker initially ignored me until I had to ask again. Today, when I ordered my usual medium hot coffee with sugar, I was given some kind of tea drink instead. Managing a Dunkin' Donuts should not be so challenging, but this location seems unable to get it right. I will not be returning to this place and suggest trying the PJs on Rt 70 instead.
We always come here and never had a problem with this DD until today. I hate to write a bad review, but I went to ride-thru at 12/4/2020 at 3:00 p.m., initially the lady did not greet us and murmured everything she said as if she had just woke up. We ordered a cold beer with cream sugar, the lady didn't know what we said, so she said something completely wrong. We wanted to tell her several times, but she didn't know what we meant, so she called another lady on the microphone. The other lady was completely rude and gave us an attitude and she screamed at us. Very poor customer service.
So I had an unpleasant experience at this dunkin all over again. I only go to this place because it's the closest to my office. I ordered a caramel frozen coffee but there was no caramel at all, inspite of me repeating 3 times they mess up my order. It was as if I am drinking sugar syrup. Their donut are also not fresh. I am pretty sure that they don't throw the previous day's and keeping serving the same the next day too. Total waste of money
Have been to this Dunkin? for a number of times and most of the time when I order from drive in the person repeatedly asks the order multiple times. Also when they take the order , they confirm sugar to coffe but it will always be missed in my coffe. Always have a hard time while ordering drive through with this Dunkin. We have been coming to this restaurant for years, but today we ordered Munchkins and their new Southwest Veggie Breakfast Sandwich through the Drive-thru. I would recommend that everyone check their sandwich, as the bread appeared to be moldy when we got home. We were very disappointed and will not be returning.
They were rude, no one was wearing a mask but they yelled at a man to get out if he was not going to wear his mask correctly. They messed up half my order. It's not that difficult to take a frozen egg patty, heat it up, and put it on a pre-sliced bagel. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
