Please do not buy anything from this place!!! horrible staff, the lady behind the counter was completely rude decided to continue counting the register money even though there was a long line. my order was halfway completed. This happened Oct 13 ,2024 at around 2:45 pm. If you are the owner of this place, please watch the cameras and see how many customers left because of the long wait and the horrific attitude this worker had. I will never come to this place again please go somewhere else. Once again I will never buy anything from this place.

Why is it that stores in Baldwin always look disgusting? I love this town and wish the establishments that earn their livelihood here did too! Not the friendliest place. Placed an order online when I went to pick it up they said the item is no longer sold and I would have to choose something else. I requested a refund and they said they dont give refunds, even for a product that is notavailable. And the funny thing is this type of issue has happened multiple times already.

The slowest DD I've ever seen! I placed a mobile order 25 minutes before getting there and it still wasn't ready! I get that they're busy in the mornings, but how does it take half an hour to microwave 2 wraps? Give these people half an hour to make your order! The management at this restaurant is incredibly disorganized. Despite preordering a large order, when I arrived they had no idea about it. I was left waiting while another customer who came in after me was almost served before me. The overall service was abysmal.

I was able to find a gluten-free dessert and take advantage of some great deals at this restaurant. If they didn't have a certain flavor in the barrel, they had it available in a 1/2 gallon tub.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could inform customers that the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM on Saturdays instead of 10. This would help us avoid wasting unnecessary gas. Réservez une table maintenant
