I live in Castleton and love enjoying an iced latte and a donut on hot days. However, I've often found that they struggle to serve either in a timely manner. As I write this, I've been in the drive-thru for 8 minutes after placing a mobile order for coffee. They might want to consider adding curbside spots to improve service. Additionally, I've noticed that when I try to order donuts after noon, they often don't have any available. It would be a good idea for them to prepare more in advance, as I can't be the only one wanting a donut at that time.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. While I was in the bathroom, an older woman knocked loudly on the door and yelled at me. After I exited, she then told other staff members that I had caused a terrible smell in the restaurant. I have stomach issues, and I found her behavior to be extremely rude and uncalled for. I just wanted to enjoy my time there.
A very inconsistent location. Any time I go to either of the Rutland locations my order is correct and reliable. They cannot get it right at this Castleton location. The espresso machine is always broken , or they are out of this or that. Staff is friendly so I feel bad reporting but I thought the whole purpose of a chain restaurant is consistency.
Passive aggressive employees. I asked for my bagel with cream cheese cut in half. I guess that was too hard. They toasted the bagel, did not cut it, and gave me cream cheese on the side. Sorry you all hate your jobs

Wait forever they’re slow as hell ! And lazy ! Went today and got a coffee before work which made me very sick ! Either coffee machines were not clean or expired cream! Never coming back !!
The employees here are always slammed with customers. Sometimes the drive through wait is a little long, but not their fault. They are always friendly with good service.
Their decaf always tastes like dish water and the Boston crème tasted like bleach. Maybe I was punked but I’m always nice so I can’t see why. Won’t be back, so nasty.
The staff is usually very friendly, although the other day one of the girls snapped at me I did not appreciate that. However, they are ALWAYS EXTREMELY slow!!!!

Best iced coffee ever! Service was great even tho their ovens were out. So I had a blueberry muffin, what could be better?
I love Dunkin' donuts it's always coming out with great drinks lattes and my favorite one is a signature pumpkin spice
