I recently visited the Dunkin' on Bergen Street in Harrison and had a disappointing encounter with a staff member named Sahar. Her demeanor was quite unpleasant, and it felt like she was raising her voice at every customer. Additionally, it seems they are hiring new employees constantly, which might contribute to the frequent errors in taking orders. Sadly, Sahar's rudeness only heightened the frustration, especially during the early morning rush. I hope Dunkin' takes note of this situation, as no one should have to experience such treatment. I don't usually share my opinions like this, but sometimes it's necessary to speak up.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They served me bacon even though I only ordered eggs and cheese, and when I brought it up, they casually brushed it off, saying that it happens sometimes. Additionally, when I requested less ice in my drink, they informed me that I needed to specify it in their system first, which is frustrating. The staff was quite rude and seemed more interested in chatting and having fun among themselves rather than attending to customers. It was also strange that they insisted I use the front kiosk without checking if I knew how to use it. Overall, I was very disappointed.
I had a terrible experience at Dunkin'. The employee wearing AirPods didn’t take my order correctly, even though I repeated it twice. He charged me for what he thought I ordered instead. I couldn’t get exactly what I wanted because he decided to turn off the oven an hour and 20 minutes before closing time. On top of that, I saw a mouse inside the store. This was the worst experience and service I’ve had here. Clearly, there’s no manager overseeing the customer service.
Absolutely a scam. We ordered a cup of tea and coffee, but they said they were out of ingredients. After waiting for an hour, they informed us that since they didn't have the ingredients, we hadn’t actually placed an order. It was truly awful.

The Dunkin' in Harrison, NJ has been declining for some time now. They struggle to retain staff who are properly trained. Our coffees were poor, the sandwiches were undercooked, and there is rarely a good selection of donuts available.
The employees stand around laughing and having conversations with each other rather than working and the people who ordered after me were served first. Takes forever for them to do anything. Very bad

Avoid this place! The staff's behavior is terrible, and I even found something disgusting in my coffee. It's not worth your time or money.
