I?ve been going to this location for a while, mostly via drive-thru. Lately the woman at the window has had an attitude unprovoked and the coffee I?ve received has been given at a half cup when I paid for coffee expecting it to be my completeorder. Today, I ordered an oat milk latte and it wasn?t all the way full. I always check my coffee or any drink with a closedlid before I drink, and when I opened it there were stains that showed it was full and some was poured out and there werebubbles in it. When I arrived to work I checked again and the bubbles were gone so I figured one sip wouldn?t be bad. I warmedup my coffee and took a sip and it?s straight up some black coffee with a hint of milk...
I always try to highlight the good aspects, but it’s particularly challenging with this restaurant. Nearly every time I go there, my order is messed up. It's become such an issue that I've started checking my order in the parking lot before leaving, which really shouldn't be necessary. I've never written a review before, but today was the tipping point. I was in a rush and couldn’t stop to check my order, and, of course, everything I received was wrong—three different items, all incorrect! I ended up having to throw it all away because it wasn’t edible. I’ve wasted my money, time, and fuel, and now I have no breakfast. I will not be returning to this establishment!
Whether there's a long line at the drive-thru stretching onto Route 1 or the restaurant is entirely empty, my order is nearly always incorrect, and the food comes out cold every time. The only positive aspect of this restaurant is its location. To be honest, I wish they hadn't closed the Wendy's that used to be in this spot and moved it to a location that has become a serious traffic hazard. I’m done spending my money here.
I was just here and some Asian lady has the worst attitude with the mask on I understand you don?t like your job but please be respectful with other people really bad customer service
