This review is directed at the management of this location NOT the employees. YOU NEED TO STAFF YOUR STORES BETTER. We came by at 4PM on Saturday looking to get some iced coffees and when we pulled up they said just give me one minute then about 5 minutes passed so we asked if they would be getting to us soon and she said sorry I 'm the only one working right now its slammed in here We decided to just leave so we didn 't burden the employee any further. But it is despicable that the management here tries to run this location with a skeleton crew.
Upon entering establishment.. I witnessed the owner and another male employee bullying a young girl employee) about having to work on her day off. They were trying to make her work on her next day off saying “ we all work on our day off” and the two of them were out of control. The poor girl was clearly upset and teared up. I felt so bad for her. They do didn’t have even mind carrying on with me there. It’s a wonder they can keep any help there at all. Tsk tsk- such a shame to treat your employees this way.
I was in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no one in front of me and when I said excuse me, the person transgender), told me give me a few minutes and if you don’t like it go somewhere else. Well they pissed me off and I did. Their drive tru sucks it is always slow and they don’t answer until the car ahead of you has left the window, this is all the time but today the rudeness of that young person was the icing on the cake.
the morning shift is super rude. They always serve the food cold asf. Their attitude sucks so bad, we get it it's the morning im not expecting a smile but brushing me off and not answering the window when i called out multiple times is crazy. I can read lips all of them are rude need new ppl in the morning they suck so bad. They suck at making food you have to HEAT UP. ATTITUDE STINKS. Everyone in the morning shift SUCKS!

The person working in the drive-thru around 3:40 PM on January 4th was handling everything alone and was impressively efficient and friendly. They prepared my drink and food perfectly, making it the best I've ever had.
They never seem to get your order right. You might as well order something you don't want and hope they surprise you with something you'll actually enjoy.
The donuts were delicious, especially the chocolate ones, but there was a fly in the treat.
Server did not have patience while I asked the boys to choose what doughnuts they wanted.
