MAJOR room for improvement. I couldn 't believe what I just experienced as I was in the drive-thru line. We had a relatively small order, only having 3 donuts, 1 bagel, and a beverage. This order should not have taken as long as it did. I ordered and went up to the pickup window and that is where the mayhem began. We got our donuts and bagel without any trouble, and they said they would be right back with the beverage. Well, to put it straight, that did NOT happen! There was no line when we went up to the drive thru and by the time we were done they were almost leading into another establishments parking lot. This Dunkin' location generally offers a great balance when it comes to tasting their coffees and other beverages, and the food quality is on par with other Dunkin' locations. However, I've noticed that about 25% of the time, the staff can come across as a bit indifferent, unengaged, or even rude during customer interactions, based on my personal experiences as a regular customer. Overall, it's still a solid Dunkin'.
Dunkin, America runs on it. This store does a great job turning a line into a well running beast. The weekend morning rush comes and goes without fail between 9-11 there's anywhere from 2 to 16 cars wrapped around the building. But the crew keep it moving and the wait time is negligible.If you're ordering 4+ drinks food don't be a j go inside.
They need to learn how to follow simple directions and how to make frozen coffees. We ordered 1 caramel extra extra with whipped cream and 1 regular frozen coffee with whipped cream. We got 2 frozen coffees regular with no caramel, no sugar and almost not even frozen. Gross!

The Dunkin' on Diamond Hill Road in Cumberland is one of my favorite spots. They consistently offer a great selection of products, and the staff is friendly, kind, and genuinely attentive to their customers. Other locations could really take a lesson from their example.
Order numbers should be announced when the order is ready. It's difficult for customers to sift through everyone else's orders to find theirs. It really isn't that complicated.

**Kid-friendliness:** No issues; there are often large groups of teenagers in the evening.
**Wheelchair accessibility:** No issues.
I enjoy the hot Dunkin' Midnight blend coffee . A ? great brew to get the day started with just the right caffeine jolt!

By far the best Dunkin' I've ever been to! The service is quick, and the staff are fantastic.
