First off, I would like to say that the cashier was very friendly and quick to make the drinks. I had no issue with customer service. (I would give this place 5 stars if it weren't for the unfortunate location and inside of the place). This location is a little tricky. Parking is scarce and the shop itself is small. I came here for a meeting with my boss and noticed there were no chairs or tables which is odd for a donut shop. The place seemed a little dirty, it almost reminded me of the Stamford Train Station Dunkin Donuts almost. I think if they cleaned up the place and added some chairs, tables, or even some barstools, it would get more stars.
I placed an order through Uber Eats and it was the worst mess I've ever experienced. The donuts were stale, the wake-up wrap was decent, but the hash browns were the epitome of disappointment. I paid nearly $3 for FIVE old, congealed, ice-cold, greasy nuggets. I contacted Uber Eats to complain, but they refused to do anything about it. Both Dunkin' and Uber Eats are now off my list, and I suggest you avoid them as well.
went to get my coffee and was extremely disappointed to find out that they switched over the straws and gave no other options. If you are going to offer paper straws please give customers the option of a lid like the one Starbucks offers. I'm all for saving the turtles but i do not want a soggy straw that makes the coffee taste like paper. Would rather have a lid that has a small opening for the coffee to come out of.
