Today, I visited Dunkin' Donuts with my 5-year-old son. Like many children, he enjoys coffee drinks but cannot have caffeine. I asked for a chocolate milk on ice with a straw. Normally, the staff at this location and others accommodate my request without issue, but on this particular day (6/15/2022), the drive-thru attendant said they couldn't fulfill my order. I explained that I come here frequently and they always make it for me, but she insisted they couldn't. She even accused me of lying about being a regular customer. DO NOT EAT HERE , THEY MAKE FOOD WITH NO GLOVES!! Khan who’s the manager there can not keep any employees because he’s very unprofessional. He’s very rude and he takes money out of the employees checks for things like wearing an AirPod , not coming in proper uniform , and if one person misplaces things like a headset he then threatens to take money out of everyone’s check. The only people that’s making what they’re supposed to make is his people who he hires. He also allows (his people) them to make food without gloves , flies are always laying and flying around the donuts. As a service member, I came into the restaurant specifically to buy ice cream for my children. However, I was disappointed by the cashier's unprofessional behavior. She was swearing in front of customers and complaining about work hours being cut. When I tried to place my order, she even had to check if there was ice cream in stock before continuing. It was clear that she was upset about something as she went to make a phone call instead of focusing on serving me. Overall, the restaurant lacks proper customer service and I will not be recommending it to others.
I worked here but the manager kept removing my hrs and doesn’t give explainations as to why he takes your hours. He’s extremely rude and expects respect when he doesn’t respect his workers. Plus I know how unhigenic this place is and how much they have to clean before inspection because of not, we’d get closed

I asked for the cookie butter cold foam on a spiced sugar cookie latte and they gave me a regular vanilla iced latte with whip cream lol . I wasn’t mad I still enjoyed it but if you’re gonna charge .70c extra for cold foam at least give me cold foam lol not whip cream.. big difference.
There was a fly on the donuts and when I mentioned it, they acted like they didn't care. The customer service was poor and you had to make your own drinks because they weren't offering anything.
I enjoy visiting this Dunkin Donuts. They have excellent coffee and service. The lobby is currently being renovated, so I am excited to see the improvements when it's complete.
The customer service here is so amazing and the store is very clean American or may I say Union city runs on

Ive been coming to this location everyday since they opened. It has constantly gone down since opening.
Owner doesn't speak much English, but is a very kind man. Coffee is always good.
