Conveniently located near a large hotel and just outside downtown Bethany, it tends to get quite busy. During peak hours, be prepared for at least a brief wait. I've consistently found the staff to be friendly, and the service is generally good; however, I've experienced a few mix-ups with my orders, like receiving drinks in the wrong sizes. Awful service! This place is a complete disappointment! We ordered two Caramel Lattes with almond milk and a hot coffee with cream, but they got the entire order wrong. When we pointed this out to the girl at the drive-thru, they just handed us the wrong drinks and refused to take them back. To top it off, our order was messed up again. I’m pretty sure they just gave me a cup of milk with caramel sauce because it was completely white. We ended up with six incorrect drinks. The staff were rude and seemed genuinely disinterested—it felt like they were not in a good state of mind. Well done, Dunkin’.
