Dunkin' - Réservation de table

I recently visited a restaurant in the area while I was shopping. I ordered an iced tea and was surprised to find out that I couldn't leave a tip for the service. I was told that it was the restaurant's policy, which made me shake my head and feel bad for the employees, especially during these difficult times. I have always believed that tipping is important for those working in these types of jobs.

I am extremely disappointed. I am a regular customer who always receives good service. I come to this restaurant every Sunday. Today when I arrived, a server charged me more for my usual order. I double-checked the order and then left. I went to a different restaurant in Pelham and got my usual order at the regular price. What a letdown.

If I could rate this negative 1 star I would, I went here with my date around 4:20am, not only was the cashier rude she mixed my frozen coffee with spoiled milk.. coffee was super sour i couldn?t take more than 2 sips

Received the most watery iced coffee I?ve ever had. I also asked for a toasted sesame seed bagel and was give an in toasted plain bagel. Terrible service and quite rude.
