Usually I don't care about reviews, but I'm really disappointed in this dunkin. I don't work too far from there so I always stop to eat a drink or something. The people who take your order never pay attention to you or what you say? I usually have to repeat myself at least 3 times before they understand, and even then I still get the wrong order. We all make mistakes, but not so often. The service is terrible and everyone does like it? re high or just not?
The staff is generally very friendly but I have had issues with my food here at least 6 times. I just can’t with this location anymore. They have burned my croissants every time, they were crunchy and dry. And now i said no bacon but got bacon and the way this food was thrown together was… a little too rushed.
I get it, it was 6am and not everyone has their happy tube in, so I'm not going to knock them. The service was quick the food was hot (like it was supposed to be) and the iced drink was still cold. Drink was actually stronger than I've had it in the past so as I was sleepy, I appreciated that.
It was the final day of the month, and I couldn't resist taking advantage of the deal. The food was delicious, and I must say they have the best ice cream I've ever tasted! Réservez une table maintenant
I used to love Dunkin Donuts but I have found donuts to be stale or icing to sugary. Leaves a film in my mouth. Hard to hear n understand window person.
Usually Dunkin is pretty good about orders however my avocado toast with bacon was thrown together and they forgot the bacon :
The staff was friendly and helpful, but the impression left by the manager who spoke to them was rather off-putting.
