I don't typically go to Dunkin Donuts even once a year. This review will be more on the service than the products b/c all I had was one munchkin. I was sent here by my friends to pick up 2 pumpkin spiced medium lattes as well as 2 pumpkin spiced donuts. They did not have donuts. (I'm not s coffee drinker) I had to call my friends to ask them if it was ok to get munchkins, also I didn't know if the latte's were to be hot or cold. I laughed when the guy asked me because I didn't even think of that as an option. The 2 employees I dealt with were polite fun all the way through the transaction. There was only 1 person in front of me and zero behind. The munchkin was very tasty. I wish it was warm...

Came here today for a group order. The woman at the counter was INCREDIBLE. So sweet and kind. She had a lot of nice tattoos and cute colorful nails, I'm sorry I did not catch her name. The other times I've been here were not as pleasant as this, Infact I don't like any of the other servers attitudes. But today my server came thru, give that girl a raise she is doing good work.Thank you tattoo girl :
The ladies that were there before were so sweet and amazing always got my order right the people that are there now don't know what they are going and they don't pay attention they got my coffee wrong 4 times I asked for iced caramel craze medium they put whatever in it gave me a random drink the coffee was so dark

The service here has really gone downhill. There is always a line around the entire parking lot. There are very few parking spaces for those who want to squeeze into the foyer. And today I received a sandwich that is simply unacceptable. I will attempt to attach a picture of it.
My coffee this morning was disgusting!! Basically an extra large cup of flavored water! Had to throw it out and go else where! Bad service, not friendly, gave an attitude right away! Says they open at 5am but that only applies to drive through
I just placed a mobile order that my husband picked up and the ticket clearly says hot and i got cold thanks alot Dunkin for messing up my day
Best part of my morning is with my favorite cup of Caramel macchiato Mmmm delicious ?. Love the points which serve me a free cup of coffee.

Always undercooks the food i order. Its cold everytime.
