UNPLEASANTLY SURPRISED
I can't believe how difficult it is to receive proper customer service at this particular Dunkin' Donuts franchise. Here’s what happened: On Saturday at noon, with the train arriving in just 7 minutes, there were three customers (including myself) and 7 staff members behind the counter.
Unfortunately, only one employee was taking orders. She helped the man ahead of me and then turned to me and said, "Sorry, I can't take your order until I finish with him." I only wanted an iced tea! I had to wait for the man to return from the ATM, which took longer than expected because he ordered half of the store. Meanwhile, none of the other 6 employees stepped in to assist eith...
I used to consider this Dunkin' location one of the best, but my opinion has changed significantly. Every time I order through the app, only my drink gets made; my food is consistently left out. By "not ready," I mean they simply don’t prepare it unless I specifically ask, completely ignoring the order ticket. This has happened on my last five visits. Moving forward, I’ll probably only order coffee here occasionally.
As a college student, my experience at Dunkin' was disappointing. I waited 15 minutes for my food, nearly missing my bus. On top of that, people who ordered after me got their meals first. I have an egg allergy and had explicitly requested no eggs on my sandwich, which was clearly indicated on the order system. Unfortunately, my sandwich still contained eggs when it was served.
The iced coffee was very watery, and the latte was mostly just milk. I felt like it wasn't worth the money, and I was quite disappointed with what I received.

The service at 7 PM was outstanding! Both staff members were very friendly, and the speed of service was remarkably quick!
Dunkin' features a menu that includes generously sized apple fritters and their delicious croissant breakfast sandwich.
