Absolutely terrible experience! I stopped by for coffee and ended up with thousands of dollars in damages. The employee tried to hand me four large coffees using a flimsy cup holder at the drive-thru, which resulted in coffee and whipped cream spilling all over the inside of my car. It ruined my interior, $500 worth of brand new clothes, my $1,100 iPhone, and my $500 key fob, among other things. To make matters worse, they acted like remaking my drinks was a huge inconvenience and ended up overcharging me as well. I will never return.
I received three extra donuts with my order, which was really generous and lovely, though I wasn't sure why at first. Then it occurred to me: the last time I ordered from Dunkin, about three weeks ago, they were out of donuts and included a note with my coffee. I think that's why I got the extra treats this time. It's a fantastic way to take care of customers! Thank you!
