Very very poor Customer service from a particular lady unfortunately I don’t know her name, very sassy lady as the attendant, always very angry, mean and extremely disrespectful, when you complain of something instead of talking to you calmly, she will be yelling, I just don’t always get
I'm from Texas and I usually enjoy Dunkin, but my recent experience was disappointing. The food quality was below what I expect from Dunkin. My sandwich was cold, the bread was stale, the hash browns were burnt and overly greasy, and the donut was stale and unpleasant.
I love this dunkin. I've been here for over a year. No complaints. The staff is amazing and friendly. I always feel welcome. You know me what I do and always make good suggestions when things I eat or drink. I'll always be a loyal customer.
Their staff have horrible attitude. No customer service whatsoever. I asked for hot drink the lady gave me cold drink instead and when I asked her to fix it instead of saying sorry she was yelling why I didn't told her right away. Réservez une table maintenant
Penny pinchers who likes to rob kids. Lady got mad bc my 6 year old son wanted his exact change back. She only gave him bills and not the change. She thought she could keep his change and he wouldn’t notice.Zero integrity.
The recipe for some of their donuts has changed. For instance, the plain glazed donuts feel "heavy" now, lacking the light and fluffy texture they used to have years ago.
One of my favorite Dunkin’s to visit! Everyone is so kind in here and the food is always hot and fresh!
