I had an exceptional experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location! As a night worker, I depend on my coffee, and this place always serves the perfect cup. The team working the closing shift at the Teaneck Road store is absolutely outstanding; they never fail to impress. They do a great job training new staff, ensuring my order is always ready when I get there. Their dedication is truly a gift to the community. I highly recommend this place!
I had an amazing experience! I ordered the “number 6” donuts for my daughter’s birthday, but there was a mix-up, and not enough blue ones were made as I had requested. The manager, Farheen, really went the extra mile to fix the problem. She even asked for a picture of my daughter and made custom donuts in just 15 minutes. That’s what I call exceptional customer service! Well done! We will definitely be returning.
I love this Dunkin'! They always get my coffee just right. However, the service could be faster. If you're in a hurry, this might not be the best spot. While the coffee is great, the service is quite slow as they prioritize online orders, causing in-store orders to pile up. It gets very crowded due to the slow pace.
I ordered a croissant with bacon and egg, but instead, I received a completely kosher version. I didn't ask for that option, and it was added to my bill without my consent, resulting in a wasted $5. Réservez une table maintenant
Dunkin' Donuts has been my favorite for years! This is my local Dunkin', and I absolutely love their coffee, especially paired with a chocolate donut without sprinkles!
I absolutely adore Dunkin'! I always go for the Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher since it's vegan and incredibly tasty—I’m genuinely obsessed with it!
The restaurant often seems to be understaffed, and my iced coffee wasn't prepared as I requested. However, their donuts are Kosher.
