They advertised the donuts I ordered and processed my payment, but when I got to the window, they didn't actually have them. When I asked for a refund, they told me they couldn't do it since there was no manager present. I suggest steering clear of this place.

This Dunkin' is absolutely fantastic! I make a point to visit at least once a week. Today, I was served by Jose, and he really knows his stuff! I love the coffee here! The entire staff is amazing. I highly recommend this place!

The regular coffee here tastes diluted and falls short of the quality I expect from other Dunkin' locations. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I was surprised to learn that they charge $1 for a cup of iced water, even though I had already bought donuts and an iced chai latte.
Great dining experience at D&D on Willow. The place has a fresh new look and vibe, with added conference rooms. Very impressive!
