This location of Donky Donald's has the worst service I've ever experienced. They messed up my order and didn't apologize. On April 8, during the eclipse, I missed my bus because the staff took about 15 minutes taking selfies with the glasses. They knew I didn't like waiting. I would give them fewer stars if I could, but one star is the minimum. I'm not racist, and I don’t mean to stereotype, but the attitudes here were very disappointing. I won't be coming back unless the entire staff changes.
I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin'! The customer service was outstanding; the staff helped me discover a drink similar to my usual Starbucks order and suggested the freshest donuts. They were extremely kind and patient with us. The restaurant was clean, and the tables were beautifully decorated with fresh flowers. Thank you for a wonderful visit!
I ordered a large decaf coffee, and when I reached the bottom of the cup, I discovered about half a teaspoon of coffee grounds. This isn't the first time I've experienced this issue here; I don't encounter it at other locations.

I order the same coffee at every Dunkin’ I go to and it always tastes the same. this is my third time going to the Dunkin in the coffee taste water down like always.
WORST DUNKIN EVER!!!!! They always mess up my order….. I ordered a bagel and they served it to me with the wrapper of the cream cheese!!! Don’t come here at all!!!
I picked up some donuts for the office and was in a bit of a hurry, but the staff served me with a smile and even offered me a coffee to take with me.
