The women at this restaurant work tirelessly and with dedication every day! They maintain a positive attitude, even when faced with rude customers. Their problem-solving skills and communication with guests are excellent. I highly recommend this location to my friends and will definitely be back for more. Many thanks to the wonderful managers Regina, April, and the friendly lady who works at the front and drive-thru, as well as Miss Ashley. They always provide excellent service with the sweetest smiles. This restaurant offers a great meal type and atmosphere, with prices ranging from $1-10 per person. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant both times I visited. The workers seemed lazy and indifferent to their customers. The first time, my food was cold and when I asked for a fresh meal, it was still not up to standard. On both visits, my hash browns were cold and soggy. Even though the sandwich was toasted, the cheese remained thick and cold. I was very disappointed with the service. This was a takeout meal for breakfast and the price per person was $10-20.
Waited at the speaker for a while and said “hello” multiple times and nothing so we went up to the window and the white woman with the black hair said we had to go back through the line because we can’t just go up to the window. I told her that we were waiting at the speaker and she said it didn’t matter. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Do not waste your time coming to this place. They never have anything in stock, no milkshakes, no ice cream, nothing at all. It feels like the manager is never present. Save yourself the trouble and instead support local small businesses that can provide fresh ice cream. Food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1.
I went to this Dunkin 10 minutes before they closed to get ice cream and they told me even though they are a Baskin-Robbins that they only had sherbet and absolutely no ice cream. I find that very hard to believe more believable is they want to leave and don’t want to be bothered serving a customer.
