I used to work here, and I found this place to be quite unsanitary and unprofessional. There are flies everywhere, and there is grime and clutter under the counters and cooking equipment. I've seen employees using their bare hands to take food directly from the containers. Many of the staff members are rude and seem unmotivated; they'd rather spend 20 minutes in the bathroom smoking than doing their jobs. They often hire individuals who don’t speak English, which can be problematic since they're frequently the ones interacting with customers. This location is very hit or miss. Lately I've been getting a lot of misses. They have no idea what they are doing. I ordered an iced coffee with cream, sugar and vanilla like I have done many times before. The girl was so confused and started asking me so many questions about it. Saying they don't have vanilla cream only the syrup...yeah I know just make it like you would a normal iced coffee and add the syrup. What I got looked like swamp water with sugar at the bottom with an absolutely disgusting taste. Another time I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and they gave me a completely different order. This location is more of an inconvenience than anything.
At the Dunkin' Donuts on Kirchoff in Rolling Meadows, I felt like I was treated as if I were a thief. I had simply gone in to exchange a gift card I received for Valentine's Day, but the money hadn't been loaded onto it. When I raised the issue, an employee—I didn’t catch their name—suggested that I might have swapped the receipt with another card I had. I want to warn others against purchasing gift cards here, as my experience might happen to someone else too.
This place is a complete joke! No one ever seems to know what's going on. They constantly mess up orders. Just two weeks ago, I drove up and was told they couldn't take any orders until 7:30 AM. Today, when I asked for a croissant stuffer, the lady acted like she had no idea what I was talking about—even though it's on the menu! It's absolutely ridiculous!

Terrible experience! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns before work one morning, but they forgot the hash browns. When I went back to ask if they could give me a cup of water instead, they said there would be a charge for ice water. Are you serious, Dunkin’? I will never return to this location.
Customer service at this Dunkin' location is terrible. The staff are rude and simply stare at you without any greeting. There’s no "Hi, how are you?" or "Have a great day"—just take your order and leave. Very unpleasant experience.
This location is disappointing, and I won't be returning. Honestly, even McDonald's is better than this place. My order was wrong, and I'm really frustrated with the experience. I definitely won't be coming back.
This is by far the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. Closing the drive-through is unacceptable. Even if there was only one employee on shift, the manager should have ensured it remained open.
