Overall, this establishment offers an exceptional breakfast experience with delicious food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The croissant and hash browns are standouts, and the menu is very vegetarian-friendly.
Every time I go, they'll always screw up my order. I'm just ordering a big hot chocolate with vanilla. Why do I have coffee? Or why did I get a fucking chocolate missing the vanilla? My order is pretty simple. They call them and they don't answer.
I saw a roach this morning and took a picture of it. I immediately reported it to the cashier, but he just said that he only works here. The cleanliness of this location is very concerning.
I would rate Dunkin Donuts at 8909 Central Avenue, Capital Heights, MD, a strong 5 stars! This location, which is near the MVA, is the latest addition and it really stands out.

The pumpkin donuts were delicious, but the pumpkin coffee lacked strength and could use more flavor. The egg white breakfast sandwich was quite good.
The donuts were good, but the atmosphere wasn't great. However, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick, making it an efficient stop.
The drive-thru was busy, but I experienced courteous and quick service inside. My food was also really good.
Working busy... there's always a line. Coffee is good and fresh. The first layer is the best!
