I'm writing this in response to an irritating customer who threatened to leave a negative review. I really want to commend the staff for doing an incredible job while short-staffed and dealing with difficult patrons. Their patience far exceeds mine in the healthcare field. As for the coffee and donut, they were fantastic as always!

I visited this morning, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff repeatedly asked if I wanted anything else, and every time I added something, a young girl with piercings rolled her eyes at me. To make matters worse, she crumpled my receipt right in front of me instead of handing it to me properly.
The staff could use some training in customer etiquette. When I entered to get a cold drink, I greeted the girl at the counter with a "good morning," but she didn’t respond. I attempted to greet her again, and she just asked if I wanted to place my order. Réservez une table maintenant
We ordered two donuts and a coffee. Unfortunately, the donuts were a bit tough and tasted stale. Additionally, there were many items sold out. On a positive note, the staff handled our order quickly.
