For just under 16 bucks for two coffees, I go to Dunkin’ Donuts all the time, this location uses a different lid and leaves the cup about 1 inch from the top from being full to put whipped cream in. So they actually charge you more to give you less coffee. There were two women working, the older one at the register seem like she absolutely hated her job and did not want to be there. Maybe you should find somewhere else to work. The donuts were absolutely delicious! The place is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking lot is easy to access as well. I had a lovely experience, especially thanks to Sequoya, an employee who was very personable and ready to assist. The donuts are freshly made, and the beverage cooler is stocked with a variety of options, including coffee and tea. I highly recommend this spot, especially since it's on the way to Bishop Park! It’s a wonderful experience to sit in your car early in the morning, watch the sunrise, and see the big ships in the Detroit River!
I visited this restaurant on Thanksgiving Day 2023, and the team running the place was incredibly focused and busy! Despite the hustle, they maintained excellent customer service and had a positive, cheerful attitude. Fortunately, they were the only restaurant open in the area that my boyfriend and I found. I hope they experience this level of busyness every day and that it wasn't just a fluke for the holiday.
The cashier was really nice and friendly towards the kids, and they absolutely loved her. The donuts were fresh, and my boys said the hot cocoa was perfect. We'll definitely be back!
