First I was ignored at the front register for over 5 minutes. At one point an employee came out to the register (I later discovered it was actually the manager) but when I said “hi” she just turned around and walked to the back. When I was finally helped, I was overcharged by almost $1.15 (charged me for cream cheese on my bagel when I asked for, and got, butter only). When I brought it to their attention, they first tried to tell me it was the same price. Then, when I used the app to showed them it wasn’t, the manager came out and rudely said “it’s ONLY a $0.67 difference but I’ll be nice and give you $0.75” and immediately walked away from me to the back. Due to the rudeness, I complained...
(Thought I posted this back in December) I wouldn't go here if you're on your way to work or on a timed break. A 9 minute wait for a medium iced coffee! I placed my order on the app at 9am. I walk in to pick up my order and there are six people behindthe counter. Three of which were not assisting with any of the orders at all. If they didn't have uniforms on I wouldn't haveeven known they were employees. There were several customers in line inside. The drive-through was busy but the 2 employeesworking the drive-through were cranking the orders out at a good pace. 9 minutes later, after asking about my order TWICE, Ifinally got my iced coffee. I have not been back since.
The manager, Amanda, is fantastic. She always welcomes her customers with a smile and a professional demeanor. She consistently impresses both regulars and occasional visitors like me with her excellent rapport, remarkable memory, and knowledge of new and returning menu items. I truly enjoy my afternoon visits here. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful as well.
I ordered three items, but the staff forgot one of them. When I pointed this out and showed them the receipt listing all three, they insisted we had to pay for it anyway and ended up kicking us out of the restaurant. The workers were rude and wouldn't even take a moment to look at the receipt.

Usually, the coffee is good, and the food can be hit or miss. However, it's better than most places in the area. The staff is friendly, unlike some other places where the servers have an attitude.
The staff is always extremely friendly. I know they are short-staffed, but they consistently greet customers with a smile. My orders are always accurate!
It's truly fantastic. I would say it's the best Dunkin' in all of New England, no question about it.
The morning staff are fantastic, but the closing team is rude and seems to lack proper training.
