Dunkin' - Réservation de table

This has got to be the worst DD I have ever been to. I went through the drive thru and ordered bacon and cheddar omelet egg bites, snackin bacon and bagel minis. I get to the window and am told to pull into a parking spot to wait for my food. Afterwaiting 10 minutes I went inside and my food hadn't even been made yet. Then I am told that they are out of the bacon andcheddar egg bites. It took me over 15 minutes to get my iced coffee, snackin bacon and stuffed bagel minis. Their drive thruservice sucks and they cannot keep up with the demand of the drive thru. I will not be coming back to this DD anymore.

Terrible customer service. Ordered on the go. 5 min later and no coffee. Employees stated I never ordered. I have app open and they refuse to look at my order receipt, just kept telling me to deal with dunkin customer service. Told me I was wrong but would not acknowledge my receipt! Had to wait on hold for 30 minutes with DD customer service for a refund of my order due to this location's incompetence. DD customer service confirmed my order went through and I was charged. Steer clear from this location!

I pulled up to the drive thru and the girl asked if she could help me. It was 6:30 so They were still open for 30 more minutes. I ordered coffee and she said we're all out. Who throws out coffee with that long to go. After I said so you have no coffee yetyou asked me if you could take my order, she proceeds to sigh and take a huge breathe like she's disgusted. What a horribleemployee and place I will never go to again. I'm a huge Dunkin customer for over 30 years. Screw them!!!!!!

They greeted me promptly and took my rather large order quickly. Happy to report that they got it 100% correct! The space was rather small, but since we were the only ones in there, it was adequate. Gave 4 stars cause they don't have a drive thru. Other than that, they were ok. Will probably return if the need for a coffee hits me as I get near. Réservez une table maintenant

The customer service was excellent. However, I do have one concern: when they prepare coffee or any beverages, they don't wear gloves when putting on the lids. Given the current health concerns, I believe gloves should be worn at all times.

Small dunkin but fast service,they dont have drive thru so is much better to concentrate in store customers.Barely 4 tables but still a great pit stop right here on 73 on your way to the turnpike.

Absolutely horrible store. Messes up order everytime. Always give me the wrong coffee order and charge for things that wasnt given. Will never go here again ????????

It can be a bit challenging to enter and exit the shopping center since it's right by the exit. However, the service is outstanding.
