One of the better Dunkin’ donuts I was on. Staff are nice. While I was there this time, I saw a lady who complained that there was a hair on her donut... that's after she sat in her car and literally had eaten all the donut except the last bite. Unbelievable?? But I was super impressed by the employee's composure and how she treated it. My daughter loved the Halloween spider Donut.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my visits. I want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Areli Romero, who always welcomes you with a smile and consistently goes the extra mile in her work!
They make my caramel frozen coffee perfect and exactly the same every time. Other places have made it either to milk or to bitterness. I'm leaving. Staff are very nice.
