DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND SERVICE! I believe it is a husband and wife that work the late night drive thru shift. I have been told numerous times how terrible they are especially the man. For years I have been going there and didn?t encounter that side ofhim. Well just now i left and i am extremely disappointed! He couldn?t understand me and started to yell. I left because no onegoes there to get coffee and donuts to get scolded by someone who clearly hates their job!!! I truly hope the owner reads thereviews and does something about the night shift drive crew. He had the audacity to say that it was the first time he ever sawme pulling up to the drive thru! That guy must be suffering from serio...
This review deserves a five-star rating for the incredible staff! While waiting in line at the drive-thru, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I informed them that I wouldn’t be able to place an order since I didn't have it. However, I found myself unable to exit the line. When I got to the window, I was about to drive off when they waved me down. They kindly asked if I would like a coffee, and I explained that I couldn't accept it since I had forgotten my wallet. To my surprise, they offered me a complimentary coffee anyway. This thoughtful gesture truly brightened my day. Thank you so much for the delicious cup of coffee and the outstanding customer service!
I really love this Dunkin'! It has a great location and the coffee drinks are excellent. I keep coming back here. The staff is usually very accommodating, though there was one guy during the night shift who could have been more helpful. What I appreciate most about this Dunkin' is the owner; he really cares about customer satisfaction. If you mention that something didn’t meet your expectations or if you didn’t like your coffee, he’ll do his best to make it right (though I've rarely had to do that). This attentive service is a huge plus since coffee can vary in taste from place to place. Overall, it's one of my favorite Dunkin' locations! Enjoy! 4 stars!
I’m giving this restaurant a five-star rating solely for the amazing staff! While I was in the drive-thru, I realized I had forgotten my wallet and informed them that I wouldn’t be placing an order. As I got closer to the window, I found it difficult to back out of the line, and they kindly reassured me. They then asked if I wanted a coffee, and I explained that I couldn’t since I didn’t have my wallet. To my surprise, they offered me a coffee anyway. It was such a wonderful and unexpected gesture that truly made my day. Thank you for the delicious coffee and excellent customer service!
Great Location! Very good coffee beverages. I go to this location all the time. Very compliant staff, except for one guy during the night shift at the drive-through. The reason why I really like this Dunkin is because the owner is a very compliantguy. If you tell him you had a poor experience or didn 't like your coffee he will work with you to ensure satisfaction (not thatit 's happened many times). But that 's a big plus, because sometimes coffee may just taste a bit off. At any location or anyshop. This is one of my favorite dunkins! Enjoy ? 4 ? 's
I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' due to their poor customer service. The staff frequently gets orders wrong because they don't seem to pay attention or understand them. They always appear to be in a hurry, and if you pay with cash, they might take your change without giving you a chance to tip. The employees also have a really bad attitude, and if they do mess up your order—which is likely—they will accuse you of lying. There's a much better Dunkin' just four minutes away, and I definitely recommend making the drive there instead.
