My experience at the drive-thru last night was quite disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes, which is unacceptable for a weekday at 10 PM. It seemed that after each order was taken, the next car had to wait a long time before it was their turn. When I finally reached the window, I noticed there was only one employee working, and he seemed overwhelmed. This is truly a shame on the management and owners of this location. Given that it's a busy area with many restaurants open late, having just one person working is simply not enough. To the employee, I hope you find a better job that appreciates your hard work. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. They consistently get orders wrong and when we tried to have it corrected, it turned into an argument. The staff seemed clueless and unhelpful. Why should we keep paying for mistakes? My husband called to inform them of the error and emphasized that we wouldn’t keep paying for subpar service. They initially offered a complimentary breakfast sandwich, but when he arrived, they backtracked and said it wasn’t possible. This is unacceptable. I’ve reached out to corporate because this establishment really needs to improve—if not, it should be closed down!
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a small black coffee. When I got to the window, the employee handed me an iced coffee. I pointed out that I had asked for hot coffee, and he responded with a poor attitude, claiming he had asked me at the drive-thru if I wanted it cold. I told him I wanted it hot, but I couldn't hear him clearly. He seemed frustrated by that, so I decided to cancel my order and leave.
Ahmad is truly the best! He is exceptionally patient and a great listener, making each visit to this location enjoyable. His wonderful sense of humor adds so much fun to the experience. I want to thank Ahmad for making my visits so special! While there are plenty of Dunkin locations nearby, I specifically choose to come here because of people like Ahmad. This is my regular dunkin that I visit every day. It?s my favorite. Past 3 times I visited, at about 5pm the staff tells me they are ?out of coldbrew for the day?, both regular and sunrise blend. I?m leaving this review for the owner as I feel he might beunaware of his staff getting everything ready ahead of time to bail out the door short changing and sabotaging his profits.
The customer service experience was quite frustrating. We patiently waited in the drive-through for about 10 minutes, but unfortunately, no one from the staff approached us or even acknowledged our presence, even when we drove up to the window.
