This Dunkin’ location can be quite unpredictable, with each visit feeling like a completely different experience. The drive-thru service is notably slow, even when there are only a couple of cars ahead. On top of that, if they don’t have an item you ordered, there’s no option to leave the line, which adds to the frustration. Like many Dunkin’ spots, they don’t tell you the total cost until you reach the window, which I find inconvenient. I’d much rather know the total beforehand so I can reload my Dunkin’ app if needed, instead of holding up the line at the window. Recently, their card readers have often malfunctioned. I was disappointed during my visit to this restaurant. The sign outside clearly states that they close at 8:00 PM on Sundays, but when I arrived at 6:00 PM, the doors were locked, and the staff was leaving through the back. I hope the owner is aware of this situation, as it feels quite unprofessional to not have a notice about the early closure posted on the door.

When placing a walk-in mobile order at Dunkin', be cautious—sometimes if they are short-staffed, they close the lobby. This means you end up waiting in a longer-than-usual drive-thru line. While closing the lobby is understandable, Dunkin' should disable the walk-in mobile order option on their menu during those times to avoid this issue.

The employees were rude. I waited 15 minutes for a bagel that they mistakenly gave to someone else. When I asked about my order, the employee responded with a bad attitude and still got it wrong. This made me late for work. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The coffee was excellent as well. They went above and beyond by assisting me with their app on my phone, which was much appreciated. Thank you!
