I'm not sure why the only handicapped parking is designated for mobile order pickups. This makes it difficult for seniors and those with disabilities to access the ramp that was meant for them. On a positive note, I've been using the app for a long time for pick-up orders, and I appreciate that I don't have to wait in long lines; they usually bring my order out quickly. Since it's Dunkin' Donuts, the items are generally what I expect. However, there have been occasions when they’ve come out without informing me that certain items were sold out, which meant I had to go back for replacements. I’m giving four stars because I think an update feature on the app to show what’s currently available...
I ordered a caramel macchiato but received mostly foam with barely any coffee. When I mentioned it, the barista said she would fix it, but I ended up with a cappuccino that had no flavor at all. Do they even know how to make coffee? I'm really confused—I ordered one thing and got foam, and when they tried to fix it, I received a completely different drink. I was hesitant to ask them to fix it again because I wasn't sure what I would get next. Shaking my head…
Good Coffee! They mess up your order every now and then, but for all the Dunkins in the area, at least the coffee is still good. Bathroom is usually cleaner than most Dunkins in the area as well. Gas station it's attached to however, a bit sketchy.
The best Dunkin I've ever been to! The staff are extremely friendly, the order is always right and fresh! The place itself is well looked after as it is very clean always. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you for the great service everyday A !

I ordered coffee and a donut, and I was pleased with both. The staff member provided me with a receipt because they didn't want me to take advantage of a free donut offer... haha. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely return.
I brew my own cold coffee at home and can be quite particular about it, so I have to say that Dunkin's really impresses me! It's perfect for when I'm traveling and craving a refreshing glass of iced cold brew.
Wow! This was the best refresher and donut I have ever tasted. The added element gave the donut a unique touch and texture that I didn't expect.
The main manager was extremely rude, showing disrespect to both the staff and customers. I'm very disappointed and I won't be returning.
