Dunkin’ Donuts is and always will be a favorite of mine. The strawberry frosted and the jelly donuts are the best donuts ever. The Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich is also very good. The food isn’t expensive as expected, but there is a tiny space for improvement. The coffee isn’t super good, but if I had to get it, I’d get it. The atmosphere isn’t super impressive, but I see more people use the drive thru, so it’s fine. Most Dunkin’ Donuts shops in Upstate NY are in pretty locations, but this one seems better, it’s near a traffic circle, in front of a forest, and with grass surrounding it with trees. The food here is fantastic! I highly recommend trying the toasted bagel with cream cheese, and don’t miss the vanilla bean drink! The service is excellent as well; all the staff are incredibly friendly and patient. My only suggestion for Dunkin' would be to let the employees decorate for holidays like Christmas and Halloween. Overall, the food and service are outstanding, and I would definitely recommend this place!
I am regularly here and there is fast service, and the order is always fresh and accurate. but best of all the workers there are always super nice and friendly, and after just a few minutes waiting for my drink the friendly lady who gave me free donuts! probably strange to have a favorite fast food location, but really I would drive out my way to stop here just because it is certainly a good experience.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. If I'm waiting by the window for 10 minutes for just two simple drinks, I shouldn’t have to overhear the staff talking negatively about customers. In my opinion, I should also receive drinks that are actually drinkable. I chose Dunkin because the line for the Starbucks across the street was too long. I should have known better than to trust this Dunkin.

My most recent order was quite disappointing. I ordered a Hot Chocolate, but it was thin and watery, lacking in flavor. It didn't taste good at all. Additionally, the service was poor, so I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you're ordering for your kids and family.
This DD not only has an extremely fast ride, but especially for me, amazing employees – really happy and friendly! Especially during these times, both women with whom I had contact were happy, jovial and friendly! Thank you for your happy spirits on a Saturday morning!
