Next time, skip the drive-thru and go inside. The restaurant is infested with flies, and it seems like no one is taking care of the problem. It's disgusting that a place serving food allows insects to be present. Who knows what might be crawling around in the kitchen?
I had a wonderful experience today. The service was cheerful and friendly, and I truly appreciate it! Thank you for taking care of my meal while I helped out the ComEd workers who worked tirelessly to restore power to my home!
Rico deserves the Staff Member of the Month award! He provided excellent service with a great smile, completing my order efficiently. He was very friendly, and I want to give a thumbs up to the rest of the crew as well!
I only get ice cream here, and it's always spot on. The flavor is great, and there's none of that sour taste you sometimes find elsewhere. I can't comment on the food, though. Réservez une table maintenant
It’s difficult for them to hear your order; I had to repeat it three times, and they still forgot it. Additionally, the prices are different from what is listed online.
Just went this morning and you had 3 of the most awesome women there! They were all so happy, fast, and friendly and seemed to be upbeat! Great coffee, great service!
Absolutely the worst experience! After waiting 40 minutes, my order still isn’t ready. They refuse to refund my money.
