Ordered 2 cups of coffee via Dunkin’ donuts app for curbside pickup since I am on crutches at the moment. There were no customer at that time and about 10 minutes have passed and still no coffee. Got so frustrated that I walked in to the store on my crutches and my coffees were ready on the pick up shelf with label that stated CURBSIDE. I looked at the workers and there were 3 young men giggling behind the counter on their phones. Is it that hard to follow a simple direction and actually work during work hours? Terrible customer service
I just wanted an Iced Latte.. a Coco Mocha ICED..The Staff gave Me a Hot Flavored Coffee..and Then tried to Argue with Me about what I always order..Sooo I got my money back(it was miscounted)and Ran up to The Emerson Location got GREAT SERVICE..AND AN ICED COCO MOCHA. I Live 2 blocks from the Englewood Grand Ave Location shouldn't have to drive to Emeron or Westwood to get what I want..And a Bunch of Unruly Young Adults messing with My Caffeine..smh.. Dunkin on Grand Ave just wasn't Dunkining... ?
The guy who served me was horrible, I complained about an item being burnt he replied How do you wanna eat it raw? I asked him to remake it, he burned the same bacon that I returned to him. I asked him if it was at all polite to say that to me, and asked for a refund which he gave but on his coworkers cash register. I asked for the mangers name number which of course he didn 't know, so I called the number listed on the outside wall for jobs left a message. You tell me if it is burnt?!
Came at 7:30pm and they basically told us that we they had cleaned everything and we couldn’t order what we wanted. Then they kicked us out because they had to close 7:50. This place need better management.

Despite its compact size and limited parking, I really enjoyed my visit to Dunkin'. The outdoor seating area is definitely a great added bonus, and the menu offered a nice variety to choose from!
The staff were rude, appeared unhappy, and seemed impatient. The tables were dirty and unattended, and the doormat was in poor condition, causing me to nearly trip.
The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and a welcoming atmosphere. Just be ready to deal with some heavy foot traffic when walking around the area.
The service was great, and the staff were really friendly, always wearing lovely smiles. I've found my favorite Dunkin' location!

How is it possible to serve an empanada that's cold in the middle? It literally just takes the push of a button to heat it up.
The iced coffee should be packed with ice cubes. How is it that my iced coffee feels warm? Please fix this.
