I visited Dunkin' Donuts to pick up a dozen donuts, and I absolutely love their Boston Creme and glazed donuts. They take me back to my childhood! The women at the register were busy but attentive, keeping the line moving efficiently, so I received my order quickly and was on my way in no time. The store was clean, and the music was pleasant, creating a great atmosphere for the morning rush. I can't wait until you bring back your steak, egg, and cheese on a bagel or croissant—those were always perfect!
My cuticles were very overgrown, and when I politely asked if she could trim them, she refused. To make matters worse, she cut them when they were dry, without soaking my hands in warm water. Then, when it was time to apply the gel nail polish, she told me to move to the next station. The man there was very nice, but when he applied the gel, he didn’t coat all the way up to my cuticles, so it looked like it was already wearing off. They charged me $90 for this? I will never go back.

The service was very slow; it took 15 minutes to receive a single egg sandwich despite there being only two customers. The staff clearly require significant training.
There was only one employee working, which caused extremely long wait times! Who is the manager of this Dunkin’? Why not hire an additional staff member?
I visit this place often. The staff is friendly, and the coffee always tastes fresh when I'm here.
