Terrible. ? Gave me a TAMPERED sandwich that a customer returned and lied to my face when I asked if this was the sandwich that man just returned?I ordered two iced coffees and a bagel egg sandwich, five~ people ordered after me, I got one iced drink thenI sat and waited for everything else. A man even comes back in with his order and says that his sandwich was a bagel sandwichand he asked for a croissant. I go in n ask for my coffee when I get out i try it n it states bad. I go back for her to fix it because I pay for something I?m gonna drink Atleast I should like it, when I got in she keeps telling me she did it how she was supposed to with an attitude,after she accused me me of being mean n having an attitude, so I told her I wasn?t showing attitude n then ask for her name nshe refused to give me her name after I asked again n she kept ignoring me after I said it the last time she said her name isMaria n then i asked for her last name n she said very rudely to not worry about her last name to just worry about her firstname then continued to ignore me, terrible business
Just left terrible service. The cashier took my order and scanned my Dunkin app and then the register stopped working. I was on a time crunch so I asked to cancel my order. She said that it wasn?t possible to cancel/refund me and rolled her eyes at mewhen I asked why. I ended up paying but not recovering any coffee.Very upset :
