Excellent customer service. However, almost every time that i go here, they do not have any more bagels of any flavor. Also, when they do have bagels, they charged me separately for the bagel and cream cheese instead of charging me for a bagel withcream cheese as 1 item. This makes the price go from $2 and change to $4 in change. If this happens to you, let them know rightaway so they can refund the difference.
If you want to wait 15 minutes for a coffee this is the place for you they claim to be understaffed with a team of 5 people I got to dunkins everyday and none other I?ve been too has had more than 5 people and most of the times they don?t even have 5people working and every other one has been faster and more efficient even at this dunkins the quality of food/coffee ishorrible stay away if you can
