I’m incredibly impressed by the friendly and efficient service at Dunkin'. After a long, tough day, I rushed in without high hopes, but they exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for making my tea exactly how I like it—the thoughtful details were a delightful surprise! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly organized. I would give 12 stars to the two outstanding staff members who served me this evening.
Dunkin' consistently ranks as the slowest location I've ever experienced. It's unbelievable how every visit is the same. The manager should take some time to train at the Bedford RT 101/114 Dunkin', where they move quickly during the morning rush. The menu is great, but the service speed here really needs improvement.
This is the best Dunkin' in the area. The service here is always fast, friendly, and accurate. While there are closer locations, I prefer to make the extra ten-minute drive to this one because the staff is committed and consistently gets my order right!

I went in to buy some donuts and was told, "We'll be right with you." I heard this repeated three times over the span of 15 minutes, but nobody ever came to help me. I can't speak to the quality of the donuts themselves...
I typically encounter problems with my orders at many Dunkin' locations, but this one hardly ever makes mistakes. Additionally, being open 24 hours is a fantastic benefit!
I ordered an iced chai for $6, but the server seemed unsure of what she was doing. It ended up being mostly milk, with barely any chai flavor.
