Awful. I very rarely review anything, but this experience warrants it. First, they have discontinued items still on the menu outside. Second, the person taking my order seemed like she was annoyed when I had a question. Third, I ordered a sandwich with sausage but I got bacon instead. The sandwich was terrible as well. And finally, the iced coffee I got was so ridiculously sweet I couldn't even drink it. I wish I just went to McDonald's or just about any other place. Literally anywhere else would have been better. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
Great service! In fact the immediate response to my need was excellent. I drove up to the window and requested multiple gift certificates '33 ' and was instructed to come inside. The representative and his assistant, without hesitation processed my order with patience, kindness and were professional in doing so. This was not an advanced order and they had little preparation time, yet serviced my order in Rapid Response Time . Commendable!!!
The service is incredibly quick and very child-friendly. I was there recently, and they mentioned that they receive fresh donuts from New Jersey every day. Both the staff and the management are really nice. I've had free donuts on several occasions because they had extras or simply because they were so generous. Overall, the service and food are great. However, I must say that some of the donuts were disappointing.
I used the drive-thru and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The coffee was good, and the filled croissant was enjoyable as well. My only complaint is that the croissant was a bit fragile and crisp, yet somewhat soggy at the same time. While it didn't detract from the taste, it did make it challenging to eat while driving. The service is fast an over kid-friendly. I was just there and they said they get fresh donuts delivered every day from New Jersey. They people and manager are very nice. On multiple occasions, I have gotten free donuts because they had too many or just because they are super nice. Overall great service and food. Then again is their such thing as a bad donut!
This is a high-quality Dunkin Donuts, with a cozy indoor seating area and a fast drive-through. Every time I have ordered something from here, they have gotten my order exactly right, and have done so very quickly. The staff is polite, attentive, and makes getting in and out with my morning coffee a breeze.
We ordered two coffees: one regular coffee with oat milk and one caramel latte. The regular coffee was delicious and expertly made. However, the latte was almost too sweet, and the coffee tasted burnt, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, we had driven quite a distance before trying them.
Excellent service and a friendly staff. However, I am not a fan of the new lids for solo travelers. They don't seem to keep the coffee secure in the cup, which results in spills—especially while driving. Be sure to ask for plenty of napkins! Réservez une table maintenant
