Dunkin' - Réservation de table

I would give this place zero stars if I could! I ordered 5 chocolate munchkins for my daughter and received the wrong order. To make matters worse, there was a pumpkin munchkin in the bag, and my daughter is allergic to pumpkin! When I called to speak with a manager, he seemed more concerned about the $2.37 I spent rather than my daughter's safety. Are you serious? I made it clear that I wasn’t worried about the money; my priority is my daughter's well-being! I just don't understand what's so difficult about putting 5 chocolate munchkins in a bag. They didn't even ask if she was alright—clearly, they didn’t care at all.

I visited this restaurant during my lunch break, and it was a frustrating experience. It took a long time for them to take our order, and even after we finally placed it, I had to wait about 10 minutes just to pay. They then left all our food sitting under the heat lamp, causing us to wait even longer. By the time we got our meals, we were already late, so we had to leave quickly. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a donut, and all our food was cold. The mini bagels were even partially frozen. I was very disappointed and plan to reach out to corporate to request a refund of my $20.

As someone who works in customer service, I think she could benefit from some training on how to manage customer complaints. When I mentioned that I would be calling corporate about my experience, she seemed indifferent. I also noted that we wouldn’t have returned if the donuts had been decent, so we ended up going to McDonald’s instead. Furthermore, I often find that you can't go inside to order food and can only use the drive-thru, which raises questions about their service.

I wanted to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from the young man working the drive-thru at 5 PM on October 13, 2022. I wish I had caught his name, as he truly stood out. No one paid attention to me as I was waiting to place an order. They were busy talking to each other. As I left I noticed it was only one customer in the drive-thru. I left some other Dunkin will take my order. Service: Take out

I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I really love their iced chai latte. I wasn't too interested in their food until they introduced their new breakfast taco. If you haven't tried it yet, it's incredibly delicious!

The refreshers are quite bland, resembling nothing more than ice, tasteless tea, and just a pump of syrup. The Dunkin’ in Manteno does a much better job with them—definitely worth the longer drive!

The staff here is not very friendly. They often get my order size wrong and the service takes much longer than usual.
