Don't go there in the morning. They only have 2 people in staff. They don't start on the online orders until the long line is done. I placed an order and waited over 25 min for them to only start my order and leave it hiding behind the coffee machine. Complete disregard to online orders. They handed me the order after I asked them to do so. Didn't even apologize for the delay. Another customer just walked away since she couldn't wait any longer. I was 30 min late to work only to find out they messed up on the order and didn't provide me with straws. I'm sure the lack of personnel made it hard for them to handle morning rush, they should probably open their doors during lunch or how more peop...
I went in to order 4 wake up wraps. 3 sausage and 1 bacon. The person taking the order asked me multiple times what my order was to which I re-explained. This happened at least 5 times. No problem because she repeated my order back to me by the end of it and it was correct. Until I get home with everything and half the order wasn’t there.
Water coffee and old, prefrozen muffins. I haven't been here in awhile but their business had down graded really bad. The coffee was horrible like water and didn't taste like Dunkin coffee. Then the muffins were hard, old and frozen. Will never go back. Horrible food.
Avoid this Dunkin Donuts location at all costs. The lack of hygiene and customer service make it one of the worst I have ever been to. It's best to find another place to enjoy your coffee and pastries.
