It's surprising that this Dunkin' has a four-star rating, given how accurate the negative reviews are. I rarely leave reviews, but the staff here always seem immature and lack basic customer service skills, regardless of who they hire. During my visit to the drive-thru, I was greeted with a casual "Yo, Dunkin’," and they were joking around while I was trying to pay, which made the experience unpleasant. I only come here because the Little Ferry location closed, but I’m seriously considering driving to the one on Route 46 instead. I hope management pays attention to these reviews, but so far, it doesn't seem like they do, as I’ve yet to meet a friendly or professional employee here.
This dunkin was my savor when it opened as it was conveniently located right by my job making my morning coffee grab and go seamless. Sadly, the quality and service has only gotten worse, especially over the past 5 months. My order is always wrong orthey try to give me something I did not order (especially when I repeated myself 3 times over the speaker) and the drive throughline always run out into the street and takes almost a half hour to 45 minutes to finally get through to the window because theinside service is extremely slow or uncaring. This place can thrive but sadly the employees are dragging it down.
Today was the 4th time this year I order ahead payed and got NOTHING!!! They had the door closed and even after calling to the number they have registered on the app no answer btw) I gave up cause I was late for work, this is by far the worst Dunkin?,wrong orders, bad coffee and even if you order ahead you have to way for over 5 minutes ???????????? I stopped going there buttoday I wanted a tea cause it was an early morning shift for me and well no tea and no money
What happened to Dunkin's lemon donuts? Why is there an excessive amount of sugar on top of the jelly now? This used to be my go-to spot for donuts, but the current menu has really changed.
