I have never received customer service this nice at a Dunkin' before. I was greeted as I walked in and asked if I was picking up an online order (which I was) and directed towards the pickup area where another friendly face handed me my drink...which was made so perfectly! And then they both told me to have a nice day on my way out. I may look past how inconvenient this location is on the corner of 309 with a one-way parking lot just to get this friendly service.Parking: The parking lot itself is fine. It's getting in and out of it that is difficult. The entire lot is one-way, which is not a big deal. But no left turns into or out of the lot, which makes just getting here really inconvenient...
They gave me an egg and cheese bagel instead of a bacon egg and cheese. Nobody orders an egg and cheese bagel. They gave my buddy a croissant with cheese when he asked for a plain bagel. It took 20 minutes for us to be served and we were first in line. 0/4 on the orders smh. Now i'm going to be late to practice and not going to be happy with the contents that fill my stomach. Absolutely ridiculous and not going back, let's go yum yum.
