I placed a doordash order, but every item they were out of, it had 6 items, and 8 different items all together, yet they had none of it according to the dasher. Round Two. I decided mine as well try baskin robbins instead, which this location also serves, i order two milkshakes, there out of that kind, okay, oreo and cookie dough... and that’s when i received the notification that my doordash was cancelled. Not too mention i called up previously to check and see if they had the milkshake i was gonna order in stock, and when i called i got “Hi duggin dunnuts” or however you wanna read that, they didnt even pronounce there own workplace correctly, but then i start talking and all of a sudden,...
I recently had a terrible experience at this restaurant and for good reason. I ordered 2 eclairs, 1 apple fritter, and 2 Boston creams. When I paid for my order, the employee carelessly dropped my change into my hand. When I got home, I realized that my donuts were all smashed together in the bag and I was missing one. Unfortunately, I live too far away to go back and complain. I typically give good reviews when they are deserved, but this was not the case. I will not be returning and I hope Dunkin' doesn't run all of their businesses in this manner.
The girl working the night of the 16th/morning of the 17th gave awesome service. Everything was fresh and completely up to par. Didn't catch her name but normally when I come here it's a hit or miss since I order a drink thats not on the menu anymore, but tonight on my break it was f*cking fantastic. Completely worth it ? make sure you go when its not busy and you're sure to get better service.
It's average at best. Will I stop coming? No, probably not. But I order the same drink every time. It should at least be consistent. And don't come here, especially at night. All the people working goof around and not take their jobs seriously. I have seen on multiple occasions people making tiktoks, that resulted in my order being messed up. Réservez une table maintenant
The management needs to ensure that employees are properly trained in cleanliness procedures and drink preparation. The person who made my drink handled my cup with their fingers inside, which is not hygienic. My large mocha cappuccino was only half full and did not have whipped cream. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Thank you.
I gave enough chances, but I won’t be coming back. They really like burning food, then telling you it’s not burnt when you ask for a less charred version. I’m okay with waiting if it’s crowded, but it becomes not okay when I waited 15 minutes for a coffee and it tastes horrendous. I won’t be wasting my time or money here anymore.
