I love this Dunkin Donuts as it's the only one in the greater Newport area that will complete your order in less than 10 minutes. The one in Portsmouth was may go to place until I found this one. The drive thru is surprisingly quick.Vegetarian options: There are donuts and bagelsDietary restrictions: They have some gluten-free options.Parking: There are many spots in the shopping center or next to Classic PizzaKid-friendliness: Plenty of room for the kids at the tables and plenty of room for the kids to run around the place.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, for sure.
1250 on a Tuesday and people are waiting and waiting. There are 5 people working and it wasn't crazy busy and people are waiting 25 min for one sandwich and a coffee. The drive thru was getting their food no problem. Didn't seem like anyone knew what they were doing
Visited this RI Dunkin while visiting family. Never seen a dunkin close at 7 pm before but staff was very friendly and they made my iced coffee very well and gave us a few free donuts too which was kind. Would recommend this location.

I don’t know what they do to their donuts but almost every time I get the kids donuts the frosting melted off and all over the bag. Talk about a waste of time and money. Service is very good usually when using the mobile
Slowest service in the country.Went through the drive through and was asked three times what I had ordered.Either grossly under staffed or the combined IQ of the staff is -100.This is our country ? Never again.

The service is typically friendly, but the coffee is often burnt and the food isn't impressive, even for a Dunkin' outlet.

I must say, please never serve me a bagel that isn’t toasted! As a native New Yorker, I find that quite offensive!
Two speeds, slow and slower!! No less than 18 minutes in drive through on a good day.
