Terrible experience at Dunkin’ Donuts in fish hawk. 10 cars pass by, told us to pull up to second window to wait for two small coffees. I had to go inside and They threw them away, then manager told us we needed to work in fast food and lied to us after an employee already told us what happened. Terrible experience. Melinda the manager was horrible! Needs retraining. @dunkindonuts good bye dunkin. Hello Starbucks.

Latte made exactly as ordered (rarely acquired at other locations) and large variety of donuts. Cheerful, welcoming, and patient staff. Quick service. Spacious and clean seating. Not crowded. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I go to Dunkin for 1(maybe 2) type of donut, the French Cruller! They are so light fluffy!! Only problem is that they run out early-mid morning I want them available all day!!! Service: Take out Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you get told to go to the second window, they’ll forget about you and make you wait 10 minutes until someone comes and asks you what you had.
