I’ve been wanting to switch from SB to Dunkin for a while for many reasons. This location has absolutely awful customer service which is a dealbreaker for me. I got to the speaker and was greeted with a “what do you want”. After placing the order I was told to “pull up”, no thank you or I’ll have that ready for you at the window. For that, I will unfortunately not be returning to this location for a while. At least at SB they have manners and are always happy to help, I can’t eat anywhere where I feel like a burden for placing an order. Please reevaluate the persons you hire, they will ruin your business.
Many customers frequently report issues with 3 to 5 items being incorrect in their orders. While some opt for a fast food restaurant for their coffee, they often expect to be served immediately simply because they ordered through the app. However, there may be others in line before them, so it's crucial to practice patience or think about leaving. Everyone is juggling work or school and eager for their coffee, so waiting for your turn is important.
We went in the afternoon, before 3:00 p.m. and their donut case was virtually empty. There was very, very little to choose from and what was there was old and sad looking. We ended up getting plain cake donuts and powdered donut holes and they were dry. ?️ The two people working behind the counter obviously wanted to be somewhere else and that showed. They did their job and were not rude but they were also not polite or friendly.
This Dunkin donuts has no bagels no muffins I know it's a donut shop but all the Dunkin donuts have ever went to have muffins and what's going on. Went to it one day they couldn't give you service on the inside you could only use the drive-thru. The next day that I went they didn't know how to put my points on the card because I paid for it with cash.

They are so understaffed. You can't go in and order. It's drive through only. They only have two employees and the line is so backed up. I feel bad for the two girls working. They are definitely trying to keep things moving the best they can. They havehelp wanted signs up but as we all know no one wants to work ???????????
This is the only Dunkin' that still serves Boe ties, although they’ve renamed them. I absolutely love them, but none of my usual Dunkin's in North Myrtle Beach, Sumter, or Pigeon Forge have them. I’m giving this Dunkin' across from Lexington Medical Center a solid 5 stars—it really made my day!
I found this response disappointing because we were simply trying to clarify our available options, and we didn't have a menu to reference. It would be helpful for her to receive some customer service training, as it's important to know how to address customer inquiries effectively.
The product is what it is. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts. Really don’t like being treated like a bother to employees working an empty store. I also shouldn’t be waiting so long for an order I placed ahead on the app.
